01:49:14 [errorlevel]: I don't know about mutagen yet, but I think you can have tunepimp do it. All I use tunepimp for is generating the PUID. What do you mean by "new database"?
01:51:41 [erich]: the new web services and such. the app used to work fine with the previous tunepimp version.
01:51:57 [erich]: now it identified 39 files, and then got stuck, trying the same file over and over again.
01:52:21 [errorlevel]: erich: There is a sample puid.c that shows how to do the PUID generation, and it handles the case where you go from eUnrecognized to ePending and back by setting a flag specific to the track. The flag used is called "analyzed" I think. Before you set the track to ePending, you also set the flag. So, when you get the status change, you will know whether the lookup failed.
